Chef Marco Bottega belongs to a third generation of restaurateurs.
Since his childhood he was devoted to the love of cooking and he was used to make sacrifices.
After he finished his studies in humanities, his experiences led him to discover the Italian Cuisine traditions and to collaborate with the most famous Italian and foreign chefs.
After he learned a lot of cooking techniques and had several and various experiences, in 2009 he decided to return to his family business and started improving its management and organization.
For this reason, in a very limited time, he was able to receive several awards and to be appreciated all over Italy.
