Joshua leads the culinary delivery and development of Ghaf Kitchen as an Executive Chef, Dubai’s premier cater of choice, working closely with David O’Brien, founding partner of Ghaf Kitchen.
Ghaf Kitchen brings to the UAE a unique and creative pop up dining experiences whilst also offering a bespoke catering service that focuses on customer interaction and a complete dining experience.
Joshua learnt his trade whilst cooking in leading Michelin and AA Rosette establishments based in the UK. For the past 10 years Josh has held senior positions in Drakes, South Lodge Hotel and The Goodwood Estate. Before joining Ghaf Kitchen, Joshua was chef partner of etch, a leading pop up and events caterer based in the south of England.
