Paolo Pettenuzzo is a young Chef who comes from Veneto, Italy. From a young age, his father instilled in him a passion for good restaurants and good food. At the age of 16, Paolo was already a member of the N.I.C. Under 21 (Italian National Team of Chefs). By the age of 20, he was the winner of two silver medals in the world Championship of cooking and twice placed a Diploma at the International Congress of Chefs, “WACS”, with the Italian Team.
After high school, his passion for foreign languages, the business world and marketing took him to a very prestigious University in Milan, where he studied interpreting and communication. Over the course of his studies, he kept in close contact with the world of cuisine, taking jobs as a private Chef for many important families in the City. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he moved to Manhattan to further study for a Master Degree in Business Administration at the NYU, in New York City. Despite his penchant for academia, he had confirmed his affinity for the world of cooking and worked successfully as a private chef for many important families in Manhattan.
After a couple of years, Paolo moved to Electrolux Professional, taking care of the latest innovative project of the Company: Grand Cuisine, by Electrolux Professional.
