The story begins in 2011 with 4 school friends drinking wine on a roof-top. They came up with the idea to open a restaurant where the focus is perfecting the craft of just two main ingredients. In a small Irish pub in Mayfair the first Burger & Lobster was born. After success in London, Burger & Lobster expanded, opening across the UK and then globally in Kuwait, New York, Stockholm, Jeddah and of course in DUBAI. At the heart of our restaurant experience is good energy and inspiration, which attracts free-spirited diners who love a good time.
Our Chef Ajesh hails from Kerala, India. As a child he learned to cook from his dad, who was his first inspiration and also a professional chef. Ajesh is at his most comfortable catering for large crowds. And his mouthwatering recipes and creative food carving make him one of the best chefs in the Middle East.
