Kaftan

Kaftan restaurant brings the spirit of Ottoman & Turkish cuisine to the heart of Dubai at a unique location with a spectacular view of Burj Al Arab. The menu at Kaftan keeps traditional elements of Ottoman & Turkish cooking alive while creating a contemporary cuisine and a fusion representation for modern Dubai clientele.

From light starters, to nourishing mains, all-day breakfasts to guilty-pleasure desserts, Kaftan’s cuisine combines appealing influences from Turkey to suit the modern day palate and aesthete. Open from 9 am – 11:30 pm, the venue also transforms into an spacious, indoor tent to give diners a unique experience during the warm, summer months.

Cigkofte

Finely grounded crack wheat patties blended with spicy pastes, walnuts, pomegranate sauce & herbs. Wrapped with thin sliced cheddar cheese.

Turkish grape leaves roll with cinnamon infused rice & roasted pine nuts with White cabbage roll with raisin & onion infused rice & sautéed chestnut.

Adana Kebab

Char-grilled, mild-spicy & succulent traditional Adana meatballs kebab with hummus. Wrapped with sliced beetroot and thin bread.

Kavurma

Diced beef meat cooked for 9 hours, with organic farm tomatoes in a special clay pot, sealed with fresh dough. Served with Turkish rice.

Shredded, 14-hour slowly roasted lamb meat. Served with grilled mushrooms & smoked eggplant on flat bread.
