STARTERS

Dakkochi – Grilled Chicken Skewers AED 20

Dakkochi is a grilled chicken in skewer which is marinated with gochujang.

Gochujang is used as a sauce and condiment in Korean cuisine.

Dakkochi is one of the most common street foods in Korea.

Pajeon – Seafood Green Onion Pancake AED 20

Colorful Korean pancake consisting of green onion, squid, shrimp and egg.

It comes with a vinegar soy sauce dip.

Gimbap – Sesame Flavored Rice Rolls AED 20

Vegetables and cooked egg are placed on seasoned rice. The ingredients are

then rolled in dried seaweed and sliced into bite-sized pieces.

MAINS 

Galbi – Grilled Soy Marinated Beef Rib Meat AED 30

Grilled marinated (galbi sauce) beef short rib.

Galbi sauce is made of soy sauce, pear, garlic, ginger and sugar.

Saewoo Chili – Fried Prawns with Chili Sauce and Sweet Potato Chips AED 30

Crispy fried prawns with Korean chili paste sauce and crushed pine nuts.

Served with sweet potato chips and pickles.

Bulgogi Bibimbap – Rice Topped with Sautéed Vegetables and Beef Bulgogi AED 20

Rice topped with cooked vegetables and meat such as mushrooms, onions, green onion, bulgogi, quinoa and egg. Served with gochujang (red chili paste), which should be mixed in thoroughly.
