Bleu Blanc is the quaint Southern French farmhouse-inspired restaurant of David’s dreams with an impressive wood-fired grill taking centre stage. BASTA! transports diners to an urban interpretation of a Roman trattoria, Florentine steakhouse and Neapolitan pizzeria, reminiscent of David’s own travel memories from these regions. Poppy is the intimate bar that fuses great cocktails with analog tunes, a place where David himself would hang out. David’s latest venture in Dubai will be his first foray into the Middle Eastern culinary scene. The city’s cosmopolitan outlook will act as the perfect canvas for him to keep innovating.
