Fadi Naim

Chef Fadi was born in Liberia and raised in Lebanon. Fadi started his cooking career at the young age of 16, while still a student at school. His first gig was as a trainee commis in an Italian restaurant in Beirut. Fadi continued working and studying and went on to earn his Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Lebanese International University
After university, Fadi’s cooking career progressed after he landed roles as Chef De Partie (Line Cook) in several renowned restaurants in Beirut, where he worked his way up to Sous Chef. Some of the restaurants he worked in are La Piazza (Italian), Market (Modern European cuisine), Mabu (international dining), and Copas (Mexican).
After working for 6 years as a Sous Chef with Chef Alexis Couquelet (Co-founder of Couqley), Fadi was appointed as Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at the first Couqley French Bistro branch in Beirut in 2011. He went on to launch and lead the kitchen teams Couqley’s 2nd branch in Lebanon in addition to another French restaurant within the Couqley Group, Les Amarres.
Fadi relocated to Dubai in 2016 to launch and manage Couqley French Bistro in JLT, as the Executive Chef. He has successfully adapted the brand to Dubai while maintaining the high cooking standards of Chef Alexis Couquelet.
He has recently expanded his responsibilities with the Dubai based group to lead the kitchen for Go! Greek, a new delivery-only Greek restaurant.
Chef Fadi currently leads 2 kitchens with a total kitchen staff of 25. Fadi embraces cooking as his life, is very passionate with what he does.
