The space is brought to life with a vibrant colour palette and linear forms inspired by Hong Kong’s architectural density, vibrant wallpaper depicting influences of Chinese culture, and contrasting raw materials. Each space is adaptable to cater for parties or events with the clever use of sliding partitions and curtains.

An iconic nod to tradition, the private dining space has the famous Chinese birdcage known for its fine materials and beautiful workmanship, used as a window into the kitchen and dim sum pass and theatrical tea service point.

His journey has taken him across the globe, and he has worked in some of the best restaurants and luxury hotels during his illustrious career. With a range of specialities, including modern authentic Chinese cuisine—as well as Szechuan, Shanghainese, and Far East Asian—David’s eye for detail, creativity, and passion for produce and meticulous presentation skills keeps the restaurant on the culinary forefront.
