With a rich culinary background honed at the prestigious Istituto Professionale per Servizi Alberghieri e Ristorazione in Sassari, Sardinia, Giovanni embarked on a global culinary journey.
From his tenure at a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant to an internship at a 3 Michelin-starred establishment, Giovanni refined his craft, mastering the art of Italian cuisine with finesse. As part of the opening team at Waldorf Astoria in Dubai, he served as the executive Sous Chef, contributing his expertise to elevate the culinary experience.
Now, as the Executive Chef for Gargash Group, Giovanni orchestrates kitchen operations with meticulous precision. Guided by his unwavering commitment to quality and authenticity, he ensures that each gastronomic creation reflects the essence of Italian cuisine, embodying the spirit of excellence in every bite.
