From his tenure at a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant to an internship at a 3 Michelin-starred establishment, Giovanni refined his craft, mastering the art of Italian cuisine with finesse. As part of the opening team at Waldorf Astoria in Dubai, he served as the executive Sous Chef, contributing his expertise to elevate the culinary experience.

Now, as the Executive Chef for Gargash Group, Giovanni orchestrates kitchen operations with meticulous precision.
